Mike Milne ~ Saturday,
November 10, 2007 at the
Department of Veterans Affairs Medical
Center in Plains Township, (near Wilkes-Barre),
Pennsylvania, passed
away after a long illness. Mike was the
founder and president of the Veterans
of the Vietnam War. He also served as
vice chairman and board member of the
National Vietnam and Gulf War Veterans
Coalition until June 2003. Mike was a
dedicated POW-MIA activist, and his organization
whose motto "People Who Care"
reflected his concern for his fellow veterans.

6, 1940. Died on Sep. 2, 2007 and resided
in Denver, CO.

Linda Gurganus ~
POW/MIA Grassroots Association (North Carolina).
Linda
passed unexpectedly on Thursday, May 24,
2007. She was a dedicated POW/MIA activist
who served on the Coalition board for nearly
a decade. Her organization has long been
a member in good standing of the Coalition.
We extend our condolences and prayers to
her husband, Bud, and their family. |
